Ordet Yoga kommer af sanskrit-ordet Yuj, der betyder &#8220;at forene&#8221;. Foreningen af krop, sind og \u00e5nd &#8211; foreningen af individet med noget der er er st\u00f8rre end os, med det universelle eller guddommelige. Yogaen best\u00e5r af forskellige dele herunder asanas (kropsstillinger), pranayama (\u00e5ndedr\u00e6tsteknikker), meditation (dhyana) og dyb afp\u00e6nding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yogaens praksis og visdom er gennem tusinder af \u00e5r videregivet fra guruer til deres elever, hvilket har medf\u00f8rt en udvikling af mange forskellige retninger. Hatha yoga inkorporerer fysiske stillinger med \u00e5ndedr\u00e6t og meditation, med det form\u00e5l at komme tilstede i nuet, og opn\u00e5 en sund krop og et balanceret sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-secondary-color has-text-color has-superbfont-xsmall-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">I Hatha yoga dykker du ned i din egen krop gennem forskellige stillinger der udfordrer og opbygger din balance, smidighed, styrke, koncentrationsevne og t\u00e5lmodighed.
